In accordance with the professional guidelines governing our work, we are only able to see patients referred to us by your primary care veterinarian. If your vet determines that your pet requires specialist care, they will contact us to make a referral after discussing the options with you. We can provide you with cost estimates and have case discussions with your vet before your referral. Following your vet's referral, we will arrange consultation appointments directly with you. During the consultation, our clinician will discuss the recommended next steps for your pet's diagnosis and treatment, along with a detailed cost estimate. You will receive updates on diagnostic results and your pet’s progress throughout their time with us, as well as clear instructions on their post-discharge care. Additionally, your primary care vet will be updated on any diagnosis or treatment provided, ensuring seamless collaboration for your pet's ongoing care.
